At Kvitka Ltd., we ship all of our products via FedEx or USPS. We offer several shipping options for you to choose from at checkout, including standard, expedited, and priority.

Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days for delivery and priority shipping takes 1-2 business days for delivery. These are estimated delivery time once the

package is shipped.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, and the volume of packages being shipped by the carrier.

We will send you tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment at any time. If you need your package to be delivered by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply for expedited or priority shipping.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the carrier with the tracking number for further information.

At Kvitka Limited, we take great pride in the quality of our products. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of buyer's remorse, changed mind or finding an item at a lower price elsewhere.

We thoroughly inspect all of our products before shipping them out to ensure that they are in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can make things right.
